Breakfast - 3 organic pastured eggs scrambled in plenty of organic pastured ghee, cup of organic black coffee
Supplements - Green Pastures Fermented Cod Liver Oil, 4 capsules
Lunch - a few bites of grass fed chuck eye steak and broccoli sautéed in ghee
Snacks - chipotle SeaSnax and an apple with coconut butter
Dinner - Applegate Farms organic chicken and apple sausage
And then my brain rebelled because I told it no sweets, and I had a bowl of frozen cherries and another apple :/ Something to work on!
